I heard stumblehere.com offers online ad syndication

Tuesday, October 14th, 2008

Over the last few weeks I have been postingmore and more free classified ads. The problems I have faced is lack of people seeing my ad and being wrongly flagged. I decided to try the online ad syndication. Stumblehere.com has made syndication of classified ads the primary focus of their site.

I am still learning about the ad syndication process. I did a search on yahoo.com and found out that stumblehere.com uses classified ad syndication. They have a service that allows you to create classified ads through a template process. Wow, the system is easy to use. And the ads look amazing! Once I created the ad then they submit it to all the highest traffic classified sites and list my ad with directories and search engines. This saved me sooo much time. I only had to create my ad one time and then they did the rest. My time is far tooo valuable to site on websites all day and submit my ads everywhere.

Enter your classified ad one time at stumblehere.com and they will post your ad for you to the top classifieds sites, online marketplaces, RSS feeds, and search engines. Yes, stumblehere does all the work. This is how stumblehere allows me to save time and money.

Wow, so I can actually get traffic to my ad? I don’t have to spend time posting my ads 500 places? I don’t need to repost my ads every day due to being flagged wrongly? Sign me up!

So I know from experience that free classified ads work on stumblehere, but how about these new paid ads? Are they really worth it? In doing my research I decided to try their new betterpost product. The way I understand it is the betterpost classifieds are ads designed in beautiful templates, with full ad syndication. Basically I can spice up my ad and get traffic to it without web programming knowledge.

The best way to explain betterpost is - An ad upgrade feature, for 7.99 you build a professional and attractive ad and then stumblehere.com syndicates that ad for you. They place and syndicate your classified ad for you so you do not have to make multiple ad placements yourself!

Right now stumblehere only offers betterpost in their vehicles section. I am going to test it out. I need to sell my car anyways. Stumblehere is offering 85% off through the end of October 2008 for anyone who wants to beta test their betterpost ad syndication product. Simply enter ‘halloween’ all lowercase in the promo code box after posting your ad.

Wow ummm so I can test this out for only $1.20? I think I can afford that test. I placed the ad and paid my buck. My Ad is gorgeous. No really, it looks fantastic, not boring like most classified ads.

I had never paid to list an online classified before. 6 hours went by and nothing. Grrrr did I just waste money? I went back to the http://www.stumblehere.com site and read how it takes up to 24 hours to have listings syndicated out. Whew, ok so I decided to just wait and see what happens.

About 7 hours later I got my 1st call… I tried to see what site they saw my ad on but, the gal couldn’t remember. She just talked about how she was impressed at how my car looked in the ad.

The next morning I had 2 emails about my car. And later that day call number 2 came in off my syndicated ad. Is this classified ad syndication stuff working? I need to set up times for people to look at my car.

Now for some results after 6 days. 9 emails and 6 calls, not to shabby. To all the naysayers, I know classified ad syndication works!

Little Known Tips For Writing A Great Article

Thursday, August 14th, 2008
by Theo McLanahan

If you research Internet Marketing, you will find that articles serve a variety of purposes. Articles provide content for your site, which helps in your search engine optimization. You can market your website by writing articles and distributing them to reprint directories. As you can see, writing articles is very useful, and everyone can do it.

In order to begin writing, you need a subject in mind. Since the list of possible article topics is literally endless, you should start by thinking about the purpose of your article. Also, consider your potential readers. If you article is going to be posted on your website, make sure your article is of interest to the people who visit it.

You can do some keyword research to see what your target market is searching for. The content you choose is important, as the search engines will index this information. When someone searches for a specific term that is found in your content, the page on your site that features that information will come up in the search results.

Since it can help boost the amount of traffic your website receives, posting articles on reprint directories is another great way to benefit from article writing online. These directories offer your posted articles for free to bloggers and website owners to put on their sites.

As a trade off, they will include an ‘about the author’ box at the end of the article. You can write a brief biography of yourself and include a link to your website. Again, think about the target market you wish to attract. Write articles on subjects that are found on your website.

Instead of just linking your “about the author” box straight to your website’s homepage, it might be more advantageous to link readers to a specific page that you think will interest them. Consider an example. If the article you have written is about how to bathe newborns but your link sends readers to a page on your website with content about toddlers, you have not accomplished your goal. Make sure you give readers what they are looking for.

If you are writing about something that you are not familiar with, use the web to gather some quick information and facts. It is okay to use this as a tool to learn about a subject. However, you must take that information you have gathered and put it into your own words.

And remember - do not plagiarize someone else’s work.

The Internet is saturated with information. No matter what you look for, you’ll find explanations, definitions, essays, self-help guides, tutorials, ebooks, articles and just about everything else on what you are searching for.

There are hundreds of search engines and directories allowing web users to search for anything they want. The resources and sources are endless, but how convenient is it to have them scattered all over the Internet? It’s not helpful to find several results in a web search page and click on each link separately to find the information you want.

Undoubtedly, the best way to solve this problem would be to have all the information in one place. As the most quick, easy and resourceful way to find information on any topic, wouldn’t such a single source be ideal for everyone?

There are times when unrelated search results make our research work somewhat tiring and laborious. The results displayed are not what we were looking for, so we have to start all over again. Having comprehensive information compiled in a relative and organised manner in one place helps to avoid this problem. Teachers, students, researchers, marketeers, writers and every other information seeker will have a better way to make the most of their time and effort.

An authoritative, reliable and comprehensive resource to give out the entire range of human knowledge as complete information for anyone will be a well-respected reference for information seekers from all walks of life. No matter the purpose, having a single source to find everything and anything is the new way of creating convenience.

Humans are knowledge seekers, constantly looking for extra information and things to learn whenever possible. Reading, listening and watching whatever we can, we are always trying to improve our knowledge through gathering more information. All About The Online Business Directory Concept

Tuesday, July 8th, 2008
by Stuart M. Gray

Specialised, convenient and informative, business directories are where we turn to when we need information about many companies available in a single place. By using a business directory, consumers and businesses alike can find details about a specific company offering services and products they require. Online business directories are much more helpful than ordinary directories, because they are readily available.

A few business directories categorise their listings in alphabetical order; so, if you are searching for an electrical equipment manufacturer, the companies belonging to that category will all be listed under the letter ‘E’. But, most business directories list companies under their specific service type, so their classifications fall under terms such as electronics, business services, shopping, cars and automotive, financial & legal services, home appliances, transport etc.

Like most other services, business directories are also available online now. These online business directories are available in two primary methods - paid directories and free ones. You wouldn’t see much of a difference between the free and paid directories and the publisher has the discretion to keep the listings free or to charge for them.

The free online business directories make money through their sponsors’ advertising and all they ask for in return from the businesses they list are for exchanged links. Link exchanging means, the directory’s visitors also visit the relevant business website, while the visitors on the specific business website also visitsthe directory. This is a medium of generating web traffic for both parties by mutual agreement.

Some business directories offer more than just a basic listing with added features, such as dedicated web pages, picture galleries and job advertising sections specially allocated per listed business. Most business directories will ask the company to pay for these services, but there are a few which provide all of this completely free of charge.

A listing can be submitted to these online business directories within a few minutes. You’ll have to give comprehensive information about your business, such as name, registration, telephone, address, email etc.

Each business listing is brief, with just the basic information displayed upfront. If you need more information about a particular business, you have to follow the link they have provided, to visit either their web page within the business directory or their main website. Once a listing is submitted to a business directory, any user can easily find your business by navigating the site through the main page index.

The majority of business directories, both online and offline, concentrate on providing business information for those companies within a specific region. As a practice, the regions are based on city, neighbourhood, province, district, state etc. Business directories for the entire country or global versions are quite rare, particularly online.
