Specific topics researching must be up to date. When it comes to writing articles it should always be up to date (of course history topics are excluded). In order to attract readers to read your articles you must always write in a timely manner. The main purpose is for SALES; always remember that! The formal definition of an intro is a brief introductory passage. What is important is that you get the story right; it needs to encapsulate the essence or spirit of your overall point, try communicating through example. Capturing the essence is not enough; if nobody reads far enough to grasp the main point of the story then its purpose is lost.
If you’re going to start writing, make sure it’s short intro. When readers see a headline they expect the writing below it to contain content which relates to that headline. There’s only so much time a reader will spend with an intro about sports when the headline suggested the article was about vacations.
Furthermore, you may have captured the essence of the story very well in the intro, but you have to ask yourself the question.. is the intro short enough to engage reader interest before the content return to elaborating on the subject a hand?
In this piece above, you can see that the intro is pretty short. This is the kind of intro that works with the audience because the reader is aware of what they are reading and absorbing it fully. The reader knows what the article is about in a broad sense and therefore they know what to expect inside the story.
Starting with a long introduction that appears to bear no relevance to the headline is the number one killer of otherwise good writing.
Another point is when you use anecdotes. You should let your reader know before-hand how your anecdote relates to your topic before you tell it to them, else the reader will leave out your topic, even before you begin to elaborate your point.
Furthermore, what is really necessary is to put the spirit of the story in as few words as possible. The aim behind the introduction is to bring across the boarder meaning of the topic.
So, what you need to do is think about your intro is a broader sense and then bring out details that will help to bring this forth clearer and omit those which don’t. It’s better to leave out details such as dates, names, descriptions and diversions when they are not relevant to the main point presented in the anecdote, as they will not distract the reader from the real point you wish to make.
For more details and my inspiration for this article you can visit my site mentioned in the Author field.
Writing an introductory passage with utmost concern is highly important to get a good introductory passage. This is important because this is the lead to the story at hand. So, it’s important to consider your story in a broader sense and only bring in those details which bring this out and leave out those that don’t.
Never before has english grammar writing software been this quick and easy! Grab all the inside information while there’s still time at Whitesmoke review.

The Ezine Machine A software program that generates HTML ezine issues on the fly and can make an internet publishing star out of you… or so goes the hype! Seriously though, if you want a simple ‘fill-in-the-blanks’ program for creating HTML ezines, then this simple program just might be the one for you.
Ultimate Newsletter Templates Your newsletter is important and you are going to spend several hours of your valuable time each week, fortnight or month, creating the next issue for it. Are you going to overlook the importance of design? It is absolutely crucial if you are a serious newsletter publisher. But what if you’re not too good at design, layout and so on? These professionally designed templates solve that problem for you.
Autoresponder Unlimited All email marketers need the aid of a sequential autoresponder to help them properly manage their mailing lists. Most such software is only available by monthly subscription and more often than not it is extremely expensive. This piece of software is very different. Not only is it relatively inexpensive but it provides the same service as those provided on a monthly basis but comes with no hidden charges and no monthly fees. Not only that but it even comes with full Master Resale rights! Well worth considering if you have a small list or a small budget.
Magic Subscriber One program that many e-mail marketers consider an indispensable tool is an opt-in list builder. There are various types on the market falling within different price ranges. Most however, are either too expensive or of extremely dubious quality. This one though, uses a unique system to capture the email addresses of your site visitors and then only requires that they confirm their opt-in intentions. The result is that it significantly cuts down the amount of time and effort required to acquire a large number of subscribers.
Mailing List Manager This uncomplicated software helps to easily automate all your emailing campaigns. Among other things, it does this by quickly turning your leads into sales once it has been installed on your web site (which in itself is a snap to do). A sort of stripped down version of another well-known but expensive application, it comes with Master Resale Rights too!
ClipCopy Content Solutions This site is one of the premier suppliers of canned content, and similar such material, to both online and offline publishers in general, and newsletter publishers in particular. Clipcopy Content Solutions provides a huge range of different types of copy from articles through to quizzes, jokes, puzzles and on so on, and even includes cartoons. It is all available by monthly or annual subscription at an extremely affordable rate. Use of this service means no more searching through websites or libraries for suitable content, no more seeking ‘permission to publish’ copyrighted material, no royalties to pay. What it does mean is hours (or days) of time saved and hundreds, or even of thousands, of dollars.

The number of ‘printed on paper’ (or hard-copy, as the jargon goes) newsletters has been subjected to a huge growth trend during the last few years; in some cases as much as ten times the previous figure. This has been caused by significantly increased numbers of people who now own personal computers. The same story is being reported in Canada, Europe, Australia and elsewhere.
The fact is that newsletters, which need little in the way of extra skills other than those that most people who have a computer of their own and a desktop printer already have, can be published remarkably easily. Newsletters produced at home make a substantial contribution to the numbers of new publications on the market even though the quality of some may place them at the bottom end of the scale.
The figures for paper newsletters, although impressive, are not as dramatic as those for electronic newsletters. After all, nowhere near the same effort is required as for hard copy newsletter production. They don’t have to be printed, processed and prepared before they are ready for distribution and no money has to be found to cover other costs such as paper and physical distribution.
E-newsletters, or ezines as they are more commonly called nowadays, are more popular than ever because they are produced electronically and distributed over computer networks, including of course, the ubiquitous Internet. The rise of these types of newsletters is nothing short of phenomenal. Every subject is covered and every conceivable group that can be thought of has become a recipient. In fact, they became established as the major form of communication for special interest groups during the first decade of the Internet.
The perception that the electronic format is not to be trusted is a hard one to dispel. People are still more used to the feeling of permanence that they get from paper newsletters compared to the fly-by-night reputation of some ezines. Also, there are many who have always readily believed what they read in print but who have a totally different perception of what they read online.
The truth is that the choice between the electronic and the printed format is often of no real importance. As often as not, the type of readership determines which one to go for. Obviously, if most of the potential readers are online then the electronic version would be the obvious choice. On the other hand, if only a few of them have a computer, or they live in a geographically confined area, a hard copy newsletter will be the obvious choice. Over time however, the continuing expansion of the numbers of Internet users and therefore of electronically produced newsletters, will continue to rise.

One of the most important things that you need to learn in internet marketing is how to get massive targeted traffic to your site. Traffic is the lifeblood of any online business. If there are no visitors to your website, there will be no sales. It is as simple as that.
What is the best method of getting traffic? Some would say PPC. No doubt PPC is one of the fastest and quick methods of getting targeted traffic to your site. But do it wrongly and you will lose your shirt in paying the PPC cost. In my opinion, article marketing is one of the best methods to get targeted traffic to your site and it is free. The emphasis should be on getting targeted traffic specific to your niche. How do you get targeted traffic to your site? By writing informative articles!
A good article can send quality traffic to your website for a very long time. Write 100 articles and if each article sends 2 visitors to your site daily, it means you get 200 pre qualified visitors to your website daily. Why article marketing works? The reason being people want good information! If you can provide people with useful and valuable information, they will keep on returning to you for more information. Article marketing worked ten years back when internet marketing was in its infancy. It works today and it will work for a very long time.
Search engines still count the number of quality backlinks to your site in determining its importance while ranking your site on its Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs). One of the advantages of article marketing is that it helps you build quality backlinks to your site. These backlinks get high value from the search engines.
There are many article submission services. You will come across article submission software as well. Why pay for an article submission software when you can do article marketing free. Do you know about the Free Traffic System? Free Traffic System is a network of blogs that have achieved high PR on Google. You can join it free. Your article will be submitted to 30 different blogs related to your niche. Each article allows two backlinks in the body of the article. So each article submission gives you 60 quality backlinks.
These backlinks point towards your webpages through an anchor text. It is the anchor text that tells the search engine the keyword that you want to get ranked high. These backlinks are highly valued by Google as they are in the body of the article. The anchor text of the backlink is very important in Search Engine Optimization.
So by submitting only 20 articles on the Free Traffic System you will get 1200 backlinks on high PR blogs. These 1200 backlinks will be enough to get you a PR of 3 on Google. Each article submission will help your webpage get ranked high on the particular SERP. Good ranking on a high traffic keyword means lots of free targeted traffic.
You should take a look at the Free Traffic System. You lose nothing! Its free! I have been using the Free Traffic System for quite sometime now. I have used to get top 10 ranking on a number of high traffic keywords on Google.

Would you like to get more traffic to your site and have that traffic be people that are interested in your products and services? You can do it and see results in a short amount of time.
When people go on the Web, they’re usually searching for something. That’s what is so great about the Internet - there is so much out there and you can find the answer to just about anything by firing up your web browser and doing an online search. So what you need to do is get people to your website and to make that happen, your website needs to rank well in the results.
Do Website Search Engine Optimization
Tuning your website so that it shows up well in search rankings is called SEO (Search Engine Optimization). For the purposes of this article, we’re going to assume that you’ve done this work - either done yourself or by someone who specializes in SEO, like a website design firm, who can also give you a nice design. This work includes optimizing page titles with the right keywords, placing the right amount of keywords in your copy, creating good meta tags, having search engine friendly URLs and so forth. Your domain name should be old enough and if it contains a keyword, that is good, too.
The next thing to do is rank better. This is the main thing and the main thing in doing SEO is to get incoming links. Each website that links to yours is like voting for your website. The more votes you get, the higher you rank.When you get more votes than your competition, your site moves above theirs. Links using hypertext (linked text) from sites that also rank well is optimal but a link is a link and they all help.
How To Get More Links to Your Website
You can get links to your site several ways. The best is if people naturally link to your website because they like it. When they bookmark your company website on social bookmarking sites like Delicious.com, that helps, too. Encourage people to link to your company website or even get social bookmarking code added to your company website which helps people easily bookmark it. Also ask people you know and do business with to link to your site. The best way to do this is to email them and ask for a link exchange where you link to them and they link to you. Just set up a few links pages on your website and there you go. This is time well spent.
One powerful way to get links to your website is with article marketing. This article that you are reading right now is article marketing. What you do is take some time and write up an article that’s full of good information. Your article should strive to answer a common question that people may have about a subject. You then will submit your unique article to article repositories. At the end of your article, don’t forget to include a resource box, which contains incoming links back to your website.
An important item to note about submitting articles is that for it to be of any good, each article that you post on different websites needs to be totally original. What? Writing that many articles would take forever and would not be worth your time at all. That’s very true. So there’s a tool that will help you do that work and it’s called the Unique Article Wizard.
The great thing about the Unique Article Wizard is that it takes your article and automatically submits it to hundreds of article websites around the Internet that will post it for free. It also makes sure that articles are unique. The sites that your article ends up on are sites that Google knows about, so they are good links to get pointing back to your site. Nice.
Writing an article using the Unique Article Wizard does take some time. It’s true. But in comparison to how much time it would have taken you to rewrite your article, it’s really nothing. If you have writer’s block, then don’t worry. You can hire people on sites like Elance.com to do the writing for you for a cheap price. When I sit down to do some writing, I try to remember AIDA, which means:
* Attraction
* Interest
* Desire
* Action
Make sure your article does these things, in order. It’s important that the article grabs attention with an intriguing headline and then get interest in the first paragraph. It needs to create desire and then end with a call to action, which can sometimes be your resource box. Writing “how to” articles is also a good thing to think about when writing because they can definitely grab attention. People are also going onto the Internet to sometimes find out how to do something. Think about how you have used the Internet lately.
You will use the online wizard where you re-write different versions of each paragraph. Then the magic happens. Your unique article is automatically submitted to directories around the Internet. You can set it to submit 60 or so per day to somewhere in the neighborhood of 500-600 or more article sites - sometimes many more, like 1600 or more. Nice!
Within a week or so, you’ll start to see web visitors increase and then Google will see more websites linking to (or voting for) your site, which moves you up in the results. If you did just 1 article per week for a month or so, you’d see vast improvements in your rankings. Just take your time and write up good information that makes you look like an expert in your niche and people will look to you for more information.

Most website owners want to get more traffic to their websites since they know that they’ll get more sales. Find out how to do this and get targeted traffic - people who will want to buy your services and products. Just follow what is written here and you will see good results and increased sales soon.
Usually when people go on the Internet, they are searching for something specific. What is great about the Internet is that there is a lot of information out there and you can find just about anything you are looking for by searching. What you want is your website to show up in the search engine results.
Get the Search Engine Optimization Done (SEO)
Before you even get started marketing your website, you want to be sure that it is set up correctly. You will want to make sure you perform SEO, which stands for Search Engine Optimization tasks to your website. Either you can do this or you can hire someone. This work includes things like getting the right keyword list made, putting keywords in page titles, creating good meta tags, doing internal linking, having search engine friendly URLs and so on. For the purposes of this article, we are going to assume you have had this work done. If not, do it first before you start promoting your website and you will be doing yourself a big favor.
The next thing to do is rank better. This is the main thing and the main thing in doing SEO is to get incoming links. Each website that links to yours is like voting for your website. The more votes you get, the higher you rank.When you get more votes than your competition, your site moves above theirs. How Do You Get Incoming Links?

Just set up a few links pages on your website and there you go. This is time well spent.
One secret to getting inbound links is with article marketing. What you’re reading right now is me doing article marketing. You take some time and write a useful article that is original and full of good information. It should answer a question that people may have and be useful to them. That’s why you need to take some time doing a little bit of research. That article is then submitted to article directories and you get to include 2 incoming links back to your website down in the resource box at the end of the article.
The key to submitting articles is that the article needs to be unique on each article directory that it appears on. It could take hours and hours to write and then re-write an article over and over and doing that is probably not worth your time. You would also then need take time to submit each article, which is also very labor intensive. Well, as you might have guessed, there’s a better way. It’s called the Unique Article Wizard.
The Unique Article Wizard does its magic when it makes your article unique and automatically submits it to article websites that are just waiting to post your article. These directories rank well usually and Google knows about them, so you get good links back to your site. I have used this tool many times and have seen great results, including more traffic. Now we’re talking!
It takes a little time to write and submit each article but that time is nothing compared to the benefits that you get back. If you’re not a writer, you can go to sites like Elance.com and hire someone to write a unique article for you. When I write, I try to do one of two things - or sometimes both. I use the AIDA method, which stands for:
* Attraction
* Interest
* Desire
* Action
Make sure your article does these things, in order. It’s important that the article grabs attention with an intriguing headline and then get interest in the first paragraph. Then usually within a week or two, you will start to see more traffic coming to your website. search engines will also see more sites that link to your website and that gets you higher rankings. One goal may be to write and submit 1 article per week and you would see great results by just doing that. Many people are doing that very thing, so you know it’s working. Be sure to take your time doing it and include really good information in your articles. That’s important. You will look like an expert in your field and people will come to your website for more information.

Ten years back, when the internet was young, the going was easy for most of the internet marketers. Ranking a website on Google was not a big deal as there was not much competition.
Ten years forward, internet has changed a lot. Google has changed a lot. There is an intense competition among the internet marketers. The things that worked a few years back, dont work any more.
You should know a few facts about Google if you want to succeed at search engine optimization (SEO). Many people dont know these facts. Neither do many gurus tell these hidden facts.
Google ranks a website based on its Page Rank (PR). This is known to everyone interested in SEO. PR is getting more important with the passage of time as more and more websites are coming online and the competition is increasing.
It is very difficult for Google to decide which website should be ranked ahead of the other. So it uses PR, this much most know.
How Google calculates Page Rank, its a bit complex. If you will go into the details, you will get confused. These simple facts will provide you with the essence. Google assigns a Page Rank for each webpage that you create. It is never zero, in the beginning it has some value, but overtime it can become 1, 2 or even more.
Just by internal linking your webpages, you can build a good PR over time. I have seen websites that have not more than 100 back links but have a PR of 5. How did, they achieve it?
Most of these websites are 3-4 years old. They have 1000-2000 webpages. They have a good internal linking structure. Most of those pages are full of quality content that the reader is looking for. So what Google looks overtime is good quality content that the people are looking for, the age of the website and that the webpages all relate to one market niche.
The older the website is, the higher its Page Rank will be. Forget about ranking a new website in a few months! Just keep on adding good quality pages daily/weekly. In a few years, your website will have a PR of 5 or more. It is simple as that.
Another myth that is propagated is the keyword density on the webpage. Google does not bother about keyword density. So you should also not bother about it. Dont waste your money on buying keyword density tools.
Google uses LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing) patent now. This is also murky. Some say it does. Other says it does not. You dont need to bother about it. Just write each post as if you are talking with someone. Forget about how the search engine is going to look at your webpage and its keyword density. It is the reader who should be the king for you; this is exactly what LSI is and what Google also wants.

eZine publishers today use any one or more of the 3 most commonly used eZine formats which I am about to describe to you in this article.
Ultimately, you can select which format is the best choice for you, though each winning format has its pros and cons.
The text eZine is the most commonly published. The advantage of this format is that other than writing, you do not need any special skill to use a Word or Notepad program.
While the HTML eZine format requires HTML skills on your part, you can add more sophisticated features to your eZine issues, making them more appealing to your subscriber thus increases your readership value, something that text eZines do not have.
You can decorate your eZine format, change your fonts, include pictures, and more. However, the drawback often faced by HTML eZines is that they often get trapped into spam filters before they reach their subscribers inboxes.
The third and least used among the 3 formats is the PDF eZine. Publishing your eZine in PDF format can consume a lot of time and effort on your part but often make up in quality readership
Due to the commitment, PDF eZines are normally published on a monthly basis. The great part, though, is that you can put in your affiliate links in your PDF eZine issue and allow your subscribers to pass the eZine issue around.
Given the choices, you do not have to necessarily choose strictly one eZine format, as some eZine publishers today do publish in more than one format.
